Altering : the base, cutting away the metal base around the feet and used clay to sculpt a pavement
Some additional information:
He actually has cow bells around his neck and since I think his head looks a bit like a crown I thought something was missing.
This is why I place the knob of a needle upon his hat. So this qualifies as a conversion I think.
In all I think I used too many colours on this model. This one gives me the impression of looking at a rainbow.
