Altering : the base, cutting away the metal base around the feet and used clay to sculpt a pavement
Some additional information:
The different colour settings of trousers and sleeves are a bit over dun. However I do like the leather look on his shirt
with the metal plates in them. The part I like most is his fur hat.
I might have placed the little female monster in front of him because of the fact that the details on this model are not that interesting.
In all I think it turned out nicely.
