Altering : the base, cutting away the metal base around the feet and used clay to sculpt a pavement
Some additional information:
His hat has become extremely colourful and the purple on his jacket is also used on his sword.
Again a smiling face can be found on the sword and I guess the big round item around his neck has to do with wierrook.
I added small square metal parts on the coat of this model that where cut out of a metal toothpaste tube.
Simply glued them on and painted them with add random fabric patterns.
